When people criticize Trump for wanting a temporary ban on Muslim immigration by saying that's not who we are, or that it is un-American, or anti-constitutional, do they know what they are talking about? I'd think the Founders' opinion would be American, constitutional, and who we are:

Trump is a Nationalist in every sense of the word. And many are attracted to strengthening this nation. That said, he is also a world class self promoter above anything and as much a wildcard as the nutjob who is President of Iran.

The author is taking the Obama quote out of context and attempting to run with it the entire piece.

George Washington's letter to J.Adams summed the reasons for immigration
up perfectly-- "by an inter mixture with our people they,
or their decendents get assimilated into our customs, measures, laws: in a word, soon become one people.
This is a far cry from some immigrants today coming here to create their own terrorist state and kill us.
Wake up and put a hold on immigration until we find a fool proof way to vet those who come here to kill us, rather than assimilate with us.
A Third Grader could see the common sense in that. |

how do you know what he called for?..you frequently tell us that politicians(particularly those that you adore) don't mean what they actually said, in fact, can often mean something entirely different than what they clearly state...perhaps you are taking him out of context or perhaps it was a long day on the campaign trail and he was exhausted...or maybe you aren't smart enough to grasp the concepts and nuances of what he was actually calling for.... soooo...you should probably just start calling him "President Trump" ...  |

I'll go a bit further. You will see this pig loose the primaries and then will do the cable news talk show circuit as a paid mouth to criticize who ever wins and will also do the paid talk circuit like Sarah Palin did.
This guy does not care about America or American values.. He cares about making money and capitalizing off of the system. We are watching the most epic un-scripted reality tv show of all time right now at the expense of common sense.
