If under 100 and no jackpot, roll into new tickets for the new jackpot.
If any ticket wins over $100,000 we split. Under 100K after taxes and divvying up payout would not be worth it. 1 million would be worth divvying up. So between 101 and #99,999 it goes to the holder of the ticket - sound fair?
