Excellent SW to NW set-up for SE MASS

Nice little cycle beginning right now. Should start seeing the flip flop wind directions starting to rotate. As long as one doesn't back door (NE - ) us, we are golden.

Love it when it does this. Yea, it's can get real breezy (see tommorrow's Marine forecast) but it then shifts NNW blows firmly then dies and most times, even that same day, shifts back to the S and then fills in steady from SW. It works perfectly on this part of the pond. Get to fish a bunch of different spots. All productive.

Go get em'!

I used to live for those nights on the closer Island, where you'd start with a hard SW, a front would come thru, and it would clear and kick to a NW while the Rip was still boiling from the SW

Here in Westport... the water is a MESS!!!! and there is nothing to be seen, the last few days have been hot but the water looks like coffee and is filled with weed today.

Just in from a 2 fish outing, Nothing to rave about but no skunkage. Blowing 20-30 SW. Pretty fun.

The latest weather forecat gives us NE-N-NW for the next couple of days.

I like NW

I like SW

My two all time favorites.

Can you promise to PM me when you think they are making the turn ?

It is THEN I start camping in the truck, living on 4 hours of sleep.

But I gotta deal with another nail biter. 11th inning, Yanks are lucky to still beplaying this game.

They clutch hit like some of us "last cast".
