Very Very rarely do they show in RI waters. If so, it would only be around sharks ledge near block island, but that's rare. sorry to be the bearer of bad news. You can get them from shore at Hull near the wind- turbine on occasion, but the numbers are not great and the size are usually smaller. Armand, Good luck
