The "Power's that be" (Block Island Chamber of Commerce, Town Council, etc) are huge backers of this project as it promotes tourism and
acts as a catalyst to get people out into open spaces by staying active. That said, I've never found one and have spent more than a few hours looking
- seems I tend to focus more on finding bass and get tunnel vision. I can see a washed up plug in the wrack line at 30 paces on a new moon but can't see a glass ball in the noontime sunlight for the life of me.
