I had plans of slingin' some eels tonight on the south shore than taking the boat out on the harbor early sunday am. I was also gonna take monday off to fish.

But I may be on the shelf with a pulled muscle in my back... friggin' feels like a knife going into my back when I move wrong. Got up in the middle of the night 'cause my dog was barking. I sat up and my back just started cramping or spasming or something. I took the dog out so she could eat any burglars (joke, she's a 5 year old black lab... never weighed in on GS's puppy thread) and I couldn't even lift my arm up. Its still very sore, though I've been stretching it out alot and feels a bit better. At least I can move.

I guess at this time of year, I should just play thru the pain. Just goes to show how bad for your body exercise is... I've been stepping up the workouts the last couple months in preparation for vacation. Trying to bust the gut a bit. When I just slouch off I never have these problems. Tough to pull muscles when you don't have any
