By this, I mean if a boat is 100 yards away and bearing down on me... the real Aholes will slightly alter course and wake me.. never will they alter their speed or do anything to show any consideration to the epic waves some of them throw. That said I’d never let one ram me like this guy did. My logo is if I can see someone driving, they can see me, but if I can’t see anyone I will definitely make a last minute course change. It’s just common sense.

FWIW, the rules of the road require the vessel that has the right of way to maintain course and speed. Of course that doesn't apply if a collision is imminent.
