A large percentage of teachers are forced to buy their own school supplies, let’s pull federal funding if they don’t do as the king demands. There is a pattern here, so many times he has made statements of actions he plans to take, which he probably doesn’t even know he has no power to implement, or if he does; it’s action he would take if given the same power of his dictator friends. Once he realizes he can’t take that action, he flips into punish those he can to make someone pay the price for not following the kings wishes.
