OOPS . . . missed this post by you earlier. I think it deserves a reply. Yes, Congress did appropriate that money. They appropriated it for defense spending. The Pentagon approved it for wall construction. The Supreme Court OK'd it.
I agree with you about lacking trust in the government. Politicians lie. That's why we voters should be far more concerned about protecting and defending our constitutional system of government than about the supposed "character" of political candidates.

Democrats and some Republicans say there is nothing proprietary or confidential about businesses receiving millions of taxpayer dollars. Questions have arisen whether any Trump businesses profited from the tax dollars.
