YOu have to find a place to host your pics. Like imagestation.com. Its free. Also, your ISP may offer free web space. Once you upload your pics to the web, right click on the pic, and click Properties, then copy and paste the URL of the pic between [IMG.][/IMG.] tags (no periods).
Or, you could just use the attach file option below. When you post or reply, youll see "browse". Click it, find your pic, and attach it.
If you want to use Copy and Paste, ALT + C is Copy, and ALT + V is paste. If you want to post the link to another site on the board, Copy the URL of the site from the browser bar, then Paste it into your post or reply.
