If you have the room to roam, try what I do down in Duxbury:
It's what I call the "Troll Stroll"
You drop the storm shad about a foot down below the surface and slowly walk along the bridge. Depending on the tide it will either get pushed away or towards the bridge footings. When the fish lurking under the bridge decide to strike (and they will)
be prepared for a strong yank and run. I do the same thing with a 6 inch Sluggo on a 1/4 oz jig.
There's never a dull moment because I've gotten stripers, blues and even seabass on the sluggos, but the Storms are my favorite walking lure.
