Question converting penn 9500SS to bailless ?

is it just a matter of cutting off the bail and filing the burr down super smooth?

or is there a kit, say with a new bearing/ line giude, i can install?

i'm sich of losing expencive lures, do to the bail slamming shut.

I assume there is a kit for the 9500ss I got one for my 7500ss. Or you could do what you mention.

bail mod

call buckos or red top sports... they have a kit.. i did the same conversion to my 650ss and my 750ss.. works out well..

the kit has the right counter balance which keeps everything in check..

they are at the shop right now for some other work when i get it back i'll meet you down at the damn on the mystic river you can try it out..

later
crash

I heard somewhere that piping plover is indian for "tastes like chicken" ..
