What do we do about the guys who take undersize fish who do speak english?
I don't know why people say it has no chance of passing. We don't get to vote on it. I think the fix is in and we are getting a license , like it or not. (Hey bubba , we need that fishing license money to support graffitti removal from state buildings. I appointed you to this committee and I'm expecting you to support this fishy licensing scam.
