SERIOUSLY doubt that the person is from here. How many people from here know where you live? 3? 5? 8? Do you really think it was someone from here? Do you know how many guys fish herring in RI that don't even have a computer? 60%? 70% maybe? If the remaining 30% that had computers were all registered here we'd have 7000 members just in RI.
We don't WANT everyone from RI that fishes and puters to be here. We don't want to be that big. I wouls be suprised if we had two percent of RI anglers on this board. Think about it...
