I don't know how PC Savvy you arwe but what I usually do after running Spy-bot and ad-aware is to open the task manager and look to see what processes are running. You'll usualy see some that make no sense. I plug the name of the executable into a search engine like yahoo and see if it comes back w/ any spyware info on it. If they do Then I go into the registry and remove any reference to that executable.
If your not real PC literate DON"T go hacking around the registry. you may cause more problems than the Pop-ups.
