Yup, Ben, I'm with you - I have every intention on going on a 3 day all-species fish bender. I will let ya know how my gazoongas are on Tuesday

Actually, I started off with Maddog2020 last nite at a favorite spot and we came back with dinner for eight - he's staying at our B&B with the mrs. and his little girl. We had a good time last nite even with the full moon

Lessee...tonite...fishing.

Tomorrow AM.....fishing.

Tomorrow nite....more eels, more fishing.

Etc, etc.....Mrs Crafty told me yesterday that she doesn't care if I fish every day of the holiday - boy, did she say that to the wrong person.

On the menu, striped bass for din-din tonite, steaks maybe tomorrow, barbeque ribs on the grill Sunday with a rum-spiked watermelon for desert....Monday, ah, I haven't gotten that far yet

Oh brother, Tuesday is gonna be sheer hell.

"There is no royal road to this heavy surf-fishing. With all the appliances for comfort experience can suggest, there is a certain amount of hard work to be done and exposure to be bourne as a part of the price of success." From "Striped Bass," Scribner's Magazine, 1881.
