My kid just beat this guy today!....12.8# I think it will bump this junior off the state leader board.
This morning, we were sitting at breakfast, and decided to stop chasing bonito and go fluking. (something we haven't done in a couple weeks now). The boys asked me "what is the current state junior leader?"...I went to the DMF and looked and it said 12.2 for a junior 14 for a men....I told them that this could be a tough one to beat this year and maybe we should just go and have a good time.
"No problem dad...just take us to the secret spot"...1/2 hour after we arrive... bingo! On the rocking boat all I could tell is that it was between 12 and 13. ..I fired up the big live well and kept it alive until we got back to #^&#^&#^&#^&s BT and an IGFA scale....12.80#
(I got a 5 and a 6#lber and they look like babys compared to this)
the thing is a monster.
