Will the Fall Run begin and end early this season?

There has been no un normal movement of bait fish along Cape Ann!!!

The bait run generally starts in the middle of Sept. where you would see a dozen or so flocks of birds working the pods of bait close to shore!!! And some early mornings you would see birds working as far as the could see!!!
