Yes the fact's say that we did know something might happen on the 11th, what no one knew. We also had intel about the WTC being bombed under Clinton, and do you remember when we sent a missile into the Chinese embassy under Clintons watch? Intel said it was an embassy but they hit it anyway. Maybe that was part of the deal in witch Clinton gave our missile teck to China?
