Ya know what Steve? I have had similar troubles with him also. I told him a while ago that I only had 4 bassmaster plugs tota, he acted surprised, but it was the truthl. Now this year alone I traded and dealed for 4 more, I got 3 floating needles and a wooden bomber.
I bet you have waaay more of his plugs than me, and more of his plugs than most others. I'm sure you have done lots for him, I have also. Maybe you need to be a better ho, he gets hit up constantly it seems.

I don't know what plug project you are referring to but maybe I could help you out
