The answer to the second question is that there are fish in RI but it hide and seek. Last night Midnight to 2 was a ZERO. we have been getting our share of high teens to mid 20's but it's not a blitz. One decent fish a night has been the rule with a lot of 25 to 27" fish mixed in.
