Talking

Welcome to early middle-age.

30...hmmmm...that lovely inflection point in your life when you start putting on pounds and start losing hair.

Really? At 40 He gave me reading glasses, and by 50 I was losing hair where I wanted to keep it and growing it in places I never wanted it

Cool Is there an "Old Fart" forum?

The way I see it, I'm ONLY 43, and although I never could conceive what I would be doing in my 40's back when I was in my 20's.
I didn't want to stop doing the things that were the simplest, easiest and most enjoyable to do.
The key thing to focus on is the fact that there are really only 2 ages in your life that are really important:
21, when you are considered a legal adult in every sense.
65, when you should be able to retire.
Every other date/age is just a number. If I were to "act my age, I would be a suffering, miserable self-centered know-it-all suffering from high blood pressure and low esteem.
I don't look or act my age, but I am very responsible and reliable.
I think it's mainly because I like to have fun, to laugh when I think something is funny, and to make others laugh in spite of themselves.
To coin a phrase "Life is too short to be taken too seroiusly!"

Get out there and have fun!!!!

Yeah 30's tough.

Stuff starts to go on ya, and it drives ya nuts.

I'm 45, stuffs gone but I don't care, and I'm completely nuts.

Plus, it's easier for us then it is for women. They got more stuff

Saw an 83 year old man fishing the surf out on the outer beaches guy caught a fat 42" fish too Hell 30 is nothin' I wanna be fishin' the surf when I'm 83 like that old timer. Think of it this way, you play less insurance and already have a good idea of how NOT to go about things

Domination takes full concentration..

I am going to be 22 in six months. I wished that I was 12 and live in never-neverland.

I turned 50 recently so I guess I can't be too sympathetic. I say stay active, stay fit, keep fishing; everything else will take care of itself.

Every year I have to figure out "how old am I ?". I just did it again. I guess I'm 46. I don't feel a day older than 80.
If I'm hooked up to keeper or even a schoolie I am instantly 18 again.
