Yeah it's quite sad. My wife called the cop's to tell Dirty Harry to come & pick up what he didn't finish.(gotta love a girl with spunk!) It must have been him who answered the phone cause he knew what she was referring to & told her that IT WAS DEAD!
Well, she told him that I was going over w/ a shovel & finish his dirty work.
She told him that what he did over to my neighbors house was far from normal protocol on a matter such as this!
I don't want to offend anybody, but there here "to serve & protect" Why didn't he do the right thing and call Animal control & let him deal? No, he had to come out himself & draw his side arm and play Tex from Sioux City, this is my friggin tax dollar @ work here and it's a pretty lam.

My neighbor was beside him self when this whole thing happened, he waited till 08:00 to call me while the thing is spinning & squirming around in his back yard.
Man the whole episode just sucked!
