Make sure they drop the pan and put in a new filter. Don't go to Jiffy Lube. All they do is cycle the fliud till it comes out clean. I did this last winter (Jiffy Lube) and had to have a tranny rebuild a month later. About 1700 I was peeesed. The tranny shop told me that when they cycle fluid all it does is push the crap from bottom of pan all through the system. Pan has to be dropped to do it correctly. Also make sure they drain the torque converter.
