most sports fish more regular after they catch there first really large fish
at that point you start to become obcest and spend more time and money than you should
trying to get a bigger one
you will find at that point you become busy trying to get another
I start fishing for flounders the first week of April. stripers start showing around May 1st. or a week earlier(small ones). bigger bass around May 5-6 and real big ones around the 15th or so.
