When mixed properly, and it does take some experimentation to mix properly, it's a lot harder than epoxy. The fumes are tough and the explosion hazard is also a fun little game to play too. Anything that is thinned with Xylene has a low and volatile flash point. Respirators and very adequate ventilation is a must. No basements and no sources of extreme heat or flame should be nearby. Othere than that it works very well, as a matter of fact I have a plug right next to me done with Glisten, nice stuff.
