Bouy off of Gloucester, its called Mass Bay/Stellwagen bouy, is reading 44.2 water temp right now. About 100nm south of Cape/Rhody there is a batch of 50 degree water up to 58 right behind it. Couple of those good SW breezes you guys down south will be in business. I'm from N Shore Mass we still have a few weeks before it really gets going.
