Like some have suggested try seeing a Dr on sleep disorders/ they love paying money to people to study them.
I would strongly advise you NOT to take anti-depressants, I have been there done that and that is one route you don't wanna go down.. You may get a good nights sleep but the rest of the day you will not even come close to being who you are...
The side effects from the meds suc bigtime. Worse than those fake potato chips (oily discharge)
... Seriously, I have tried a few of them and none were without some sort of side effect. I took them because I had to, not just cause I felt a little stressed (long sucky story).............
Good luck man, exhaust your other options first, and then maybe as a last resort... But you wont be bumpin any uglies if you are on the meds, like swingin a wet noodle
