Personally, I use a 2 gallon plastic pickle jug type thing. It has a screw on top, I can thread a rope through it, it fits right over my shoulder like a surf bag, and it is extremely light.

I'm looking more for the plastic jug to run some rope thru and wear with me...

That is what I was referring to that I use. Got a few from a restauant as they were throwing them away. Free and effective.
