NaCl H2O Registered User iTrader: (0) Join Date: Apr 2002 Location: SE Mass Posts: 194	I fish charters once and a while, so I don't fit into any of the above categories. I'm pretty sure you're right though. If the number of boats allowed to take parties out was limited, prices would go up. If I had a vote I'd say don't restrict the number of commercial boats.
