I don't think you'll be able to addess both needs with one car. Ladies don't find fishing vehicles very attractive.
Summer dating car - Porsche Boxter.
Winter dating car - BMW 7 series or X5.
Fishin wagon - 4x4 pickup truck with a 6 foot bed (long enough for you to sleep in). You'll also need a bed liner and I think a nice no-frills cap with built in utility rack would be nice too.
Jap models sip gas better than American gas guzzlers. But, there are a lot of good incentives being offered by Ford, GM, and Dodge (employee discounts and 0% financing).
As JohnR said, Ford trucks (F-150) have better aesthetics, but Chebby has better mileage (Silverado 1500). I could be wrong but Chebby has a better ride than Ford. Couldn't tell you about jap makes, but there are plenty of guys on this board who can help you out.
