yeah, i gave them to my dad's workers. they have been feeding me since i was little from their kitchens, so i return the favors to them.

i wished that i could have landed more black seabass if it wasnt for the skates.

Yum!!!!!!! Nice work Joseph! Those Sea-Bass are wicked good eating. Enjoy. I never ever caught one that big, mostly 2-3 pounds at the top end. You lucky dawg!

hell ya, i am. lol. steve, my friend and i were looking for albie, bones, and spanish mack, but couldnt find them and decided to try fluking. 1 oz bucktail spro with a strip of squid produces flukes and black beabass. im wondering that if 5 lbs is a record breaker or not...?

The 5is are nice, but we get em that size with regularity in deep water later fall when blackfishing... very aggressive fish, they often make ya think you have a big fluke on till you see that blue/black shadow appear

doh, if i did land a record breaking black seabass, should i call IFGA and get it weight and earn cash? i caught it on a light tackle setup with 20 lbs power pro and 30 lbs segar. damn, 3 pounds away.
