You guys missed all the action
. The West Wall is a late afternoon game(doesn't matter ebb or flood). Got there at 4:30 and had 7 to the rocks by 5:30(all rats). The guy next to me hooked into a NICE bass about 24 inches and got it to the rocks and panicked. 8 lb test and in jeans and sneakers, he was trying to bring it up and snapped the line - dead bass in the rocks
Light tackle is good, just not too light! By 6 pm I was frozen! This time of year you got to dress WARM, even if it feels mild at the house. Feels good to be back in the saddle!!!!!!
