I'm in and I'd say year long to any registered striped-bass members, who catch a bass out of a boat. No charters and if you like trolling, you better not come fishing with me . Maybe each boater or each person that wants to register has to come up with an entry fee, whatever they want but something of value to put into the year end lunker pot. I know what I'll be throwing in , they are 9 & 13 inch and they will be black, deep blue or purple.
