Depends if you going to fish the rotation at night, fish the insides, use it as jetty to fish the corners, fish the back pond, etc......There are many approaches to breachway fishing.
Drifting live eels on the outgoing tide is the most cost effective method for those who are new to it. Try to get a feel for the breachway culture: i.e: sharing space, letting others drift, helping people, keeping your light off the water, doing your best not to foul others, etc. If you can hook up with a breachway veteran you can shave off a lot of the learning cure.
