I got a mail survey this August but it was for HMS from my Tuna lic. They had this form for me to fill out to help me answer a telephone survey in Sept but they never called.
I've done the survey twice, both face-to-face interviews at the Barnstable Harbor boat ramp. I think the data are used to better understand the economics of fishing in the area..but not sure
Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn.

There will be more and more government research projects coming down the line in the nexrt few years. This will be a good thing as the more data we have on the Recreational Fishing Public the more we can back up our claims as to how much we effect our communities etc. We always cry about bad data and we are starting to get heard. More Data means the goverment agencies can manage and represent us in a way much closer to the truth.
now....I have to get back to call and survey this guy I heard about... anyone want to sell me Bill's (E#^^^^^^&s) number
