Like John said, the lawyers are dotting the i's and crossing the t's.... So to make a "official" announcement would not be prudent at this juncture...BUT, I do have a question for you all...

As long as you can throw a frozen rope - you can hit the building from the parking lot...

Unfortunately, the guys at MSBA are legally not allowed to say it until the final contract with the facility is signed. The proposals are all done, the numbers agreed to with the facility, the MSBA has approved that portion - just making it official with the facility. So the work is 93.946% done - but they can't say anything...
And last night - someone asked me if there was a Tent involved - no, there is no TENT

All I can say is that the location is fantastic and you all aready know the place - many have been there - and I have been there with a few of you

But there is a Light at the end of the tunnel.. Jeeze - I hope I didn't shave that info too close....

I'm not saying that it is or it isn't Gillette . However, where there would ordinarily be a fee to park your car at this facility (and if you think about it, almost all larger fishing and boat shows you pay to park) - my understanding is that there will be no parking fee. There never has been for a MSBA Fishing Show, I just don't see a parking fee happening....

But I will say this about the facility:

I know Gillette has been pretty proactive in their attempts to lure some off-season events to their spacious area. I've been to a wedding there and a couple of fundraisers. Great job guys if its true!!

From the sounds of it, this years show is their new back yard.

more important - What time can we start tailgating??

ps: MSBA brass - another job well done

I would love for this show to be at Gillette. It's practictically in my backyard.
