I stopped a young female last week because her car 's windows were all ice covered and she was looking out a peephole in the windshield. This girl, age 17, told me it was too cold to scape the windows and she forgot her mittens.

The stop lasted long enough for her to clear her windows and she was issued a written warning to remind her of her mistake. Boy did she look cold out there while I sat in my cruiser writing and waiting.
