I never went back down except to yell to BM to get his arse up here. We'll get'em next time.
I was tying a leader in the truck when you guys left.
But I bet if we sat it out and tried again after the storm, we would have nailed some fish then.

Nice job on that fish with a broken reel seat Saltheart. Be careful on those rocks

Before the heavens opened up, there were birds working and some large splashs. I bet this morning it was hot.

they was back on Sunday am too ! not as big but there on top all the same on surface plugs and jigs . Had a nice one on and lost it about 20ft out .

Good to see Slip and BM Friday night. Wicked rain and lightning. We drove out of it about half way home. David L , who left earlier , apparently had rain all the way home.

Oh well , if they had been biting we'd have stayed. once you are soaked , a little more doesn't matter.
