Frank,
Plenty of room for more green needles in my bag.
Bob,
I'm envious of your trip there this June. I see a few of my favorite spots in your photo. By the way wonderful shot!

I love catching the first schoolies of the season. I can easily go catch a few power plant fish now but it feels good to feel the first tug from a fish in the ocean where he belongs. It confirms they're finally back. I also view it as the pre-season where I can start settling into my normal fishing routines, double check that my waders aren't leaking, and that I have odds and ends in the truck I may need throughout the season ahead. It's good to get out on the rocks with friends and feel the cold water too. I always seem to slip and fall into the water for the first time while trying to cast just a little further over the drop off for a 12" fish...
