As for the dimensions they are like the frech articles only diffrence i see in the one george made (George you are soooooo close on this its amazing)and the frech one is that George went to the smaller width he should go with the wider one on top also the back belly hook should go back another 1/2 inch or so i'll measure it exact tommorow with a vernier caliper. As for the float test he nailed it floated the same.I'll look at them again tommorow and see if i can pick up anything else i'll also do a weight comparison.

BINGO! I can't tell you how much this helps me, Lu. Thanks. I think my plug will be about 1/2 oz less, it has less wood and less lead. Could you also either post a picture of the original's nose, or check that I've got the line tie at the right height. Oh boy, am I happy. I'll have to send you a plug, you can have the one I was saving for Tagger.

Thumbs up

Dammit! I still haven't got a decent Roman turned yet and now you guys do THIS to me!

He that would make his own liberty secure, must guard even his enemy from oppression; for if he violates this duty, he establishes a precedent that will reach to himself.

Can I have the next one

you were going to give to Tagger

I love how this lure just sits so its flat top is barely peaking out of the surface...it must be a killer in clean quiet water... twitch and glide twitch and glide

You guys amaze me on a regular basis

Good health and family
