Well I'm running a Robalo with Mercury power. I guess we're both out of the running for the big money.
I heard it was a slot limit 28"-34" and two fish per day.
Think this thing will take off? I'm definitely interested. I hope Mass. allows it.

He's not sure of the slot yet, 28-34, or 36-42ish I think he said. It's still to be determined. Also I wonder if they will get the OK to use the Striper tubes. If they do, I wonder who else will want to get the same permission to due so.
