				 | If laptop and you have a external mic then be aware that laptops have a built in mic. If so, double check mic is off thru the software setting on the internal mic. The external can easily be turn on/off via a hardware switch.

 The is a feature in windows that selects the type of speakers. I found it located in :
 
 control panel
 click multimedia, click audio, click advance properties, then select the type speakers that you presently have connected to you computer.
