I dropped 20 pounds sense newyears day, I am kinda at a point were I have to change some thing, because I haven't lost any in 3 weeks. I still have 10 to 15 pounds to go. I just dropped below 180

i've been trying- but only when i get on the grapefruit diet do i see any results....otherwise i straight line....i think i'll try that trim spa stuff
that anna nicole smith used and turned from a fat chick back into lookin like maryln monroe again...

Junior High I weighed 185#

Too much of this over the winter, damn office jobs..
