I don't get it
Let's say the gas station gets a delivery every week. If I buy 20 gallons every week how does it make a difference if I get all of it at once or 5 gallons 4 times a week? The next time the station gets a delivery, their tanks would be just as low either way.
I wouldn't count on filling up and then seeing the price
drop very often.
