We have to remember that for fish it is real estate that determines availability of trophy fish. location-location Someone who boats of Block or LI is going to have a shot at more big fish than a surf fisherman off Naragansett beach.
Hence...."personal victory."
If a keeper is your trophy,,,then it is your trophy...period.
