went to the doc the other day. same thing. i caught in time, so i only had a few pills to take (only med's that have ever effected me negatively). doc said that pretty much 100% of all deer ticks here in southern maine have the lyme. watch out and check thoroughly. had one blood test, have to have two more in 4 and 6 weeks. i spend too much time in the woods. so if (when) i find more i just have to take the meds, not even see the doc. unfortunately i really don't think there's much in the way of repellent to keep them off. if someone know's of a proven one, please do tell!
