I was there last year .. Kinda tourist trap area place..There's so many buildings and shops . I don't even know how you'd get at the water . I ate at a grease pit that had a back deck you could eat on . Thats the only time I saw the water there . Before you go over the bridge to Booth Bay there's a little red shack on the left called "Red Eats" I think . People go nuts for there overflowing lobster rolls,,always a line at that hole in the wall .. I got a hadock plate there that was great .. I was kicking around for a week stayed on Westport Island and put some good time in fishing .. 1 12" bass to show for it . I wasn't impressed with the fishing ... hundreds of seals where I was .
