I must always buy the defective SA mastery lines. I have returned them a couple of times because the coating was coming off while I was spooling it. I have had many of their Mastery lines begin to peel after only a two months of use. They also get black stuff that doesn't come off. I have talked with them and I do EXACTLY what they tell me to do in cleaning and caring and the same stuff happens. Mind you I fish 4 times a week or more. Their running line is also a dissapointment. The coating simply scuffs up to quickly. So after dealing with their stuff for many years I switched to Airflo coldwater tactical running lines and I am having no sign of wear and Rio Outbound line that is wonderful and a Rio Max shooting head that is also great. If there is a buzz about Rio, they deserve it.

I tried a Rio Outboud recently and it was a dream to cast.
I caught fish, too!

What's really nice is that it can make very short casts toobecause of the aggressive taper. But long casts are easy-breezy.
