I don't care what NIB says, even though I'm a fellow Jerseyan. But I'll take a big blue anyday just for the fight they put up. And they're getting bigger and bigger not to mention more numerous every year with the huge schools of bunker we're getting now.

My biggest so far was about 35-36" in length, not sure of the weight. But I was at a huge bluefish blitz at IBSP this spring where blues up to 20 lbs were taken. Some of those things I saw caught were absolute monsters, just big nasty-looking buggers.
